Service Introduction 

 

This is our chance to meet each other to discuss how Muddy Paws can make your life a little easier.  I shall come to your home at a mutually convenient time to meet both you and your dog/s.  Once you are happy to proceed I shall complete a small questionnaire to find out all about you and most importantly about your dog.

 

Some the questions i will ask will include:

 

Name, age, breed, health of your dog

Useful contact numbers both for yourself/family member and Vet.

Personality of your dog and and useful information such as habits, likes & dislikes

Service required including dates/times of walks or pop ins.

 

 

Introductory Walk 

 

Once we have got to know each other, the next step is to take your dog/s for a complimentary 5 minute walk to ensure your dog is happy to leave the house with me.  This will ensure your dog knows that you are happy for me to take him/her for a walk without you.  If there should be any problems at this stage we can address them by taking a walk together to start with.

 

 

Payment

 

Payment can either be made in cash, cheque or BACS payment within 7 days of receiving an invoice.

 

Please note for new customers I will require payment before the service commences.
